The n8n workflow automation platform has been found to have a serious security flaw. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of
9.9 out of a possible 10.0, and it is tracked as CVE-2025-68613.
All versions, including those above
0.211.0 and below 1.120.4, are affected by the problem, which has been fixed.
As of December 22, 2025, Censys reports that there are 103,476 potentially vulnerable instances. The United States, Germany, France, Brazil, and Singapore account for the majority of the cases. Statistics on npm show that the package, which is used to build workflows for the n 8n platform, has about 57,000 downloads per week.
Users are urged to apply the updates as soon as possible due to the seriousness of the flaw. If patching right away isn't an option, it's suggested restricting the creation and editing permissions for workflows.
