Work accounts authenticated through Microsoft Entra are subject to organizational security, privacy, compliance, and administrative controls. However, users won't be able to continue group chats. Security-wise, transferring standalone Copilot files to OneDrive is a crucial step; this move allows for centralized management but requires careful attention to sharing permissions, retention settings, and cloud access policies.
Users will be redirected to the refreshed Copilot interface on web platforms, while mobile users may experience an automatic update or need to install the latest version manually.
