The Alliance’s founding members include cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and AI research entities such as Adobe, Cisco, Cloudflare, Databricks, Dell, Elastic, HPE, IBM, Palo Alto Networks, Red Hat, Salesforce, SAP, and Snowflake.

Key technical contributions are: - NVIDIA's NOOA framework - the NVIDIA Labs Object-Oriented Agent project, now available on GitHub, designed to make agent behavior easier to trace, audit, and govern within harness architectures. Effective cybersecurity demands comprehensive attention across all components of an agent stack: identity verification, access permissions, security harnesses, guardrails, logging mechanisms, and evaluation frameworks. The Alliance invites governments, enterprises, and researchers to contribute to shared infrastructure, including datasets, evaluation frameworks, and red-teaming tools, positioning open collaboration as the cornerstone for AI-era cyber resilience.
